... that was incredibly lame, but My Life is Magical has already been taken XD So, you guys all know what My Life is Average is, right? If not, hasten thou to www.mylifeisaverage.comI decided this thread could be like the Labyrinth version of that, where you post random Labyrinth related things that happened to you ^__^ Enjoy! The other day, I was in Forever 21 with my friend, and we noticed that there was glitter in the floors. She immediately freaks out, saying, "Oh my God, Cali, Jareth was here and we missed it! Nooo!" I knew there was a reason she was my best friend. MLIL

My brother wa splaying his Super Mario game yesterday, and he lost a life and shouted "It's not fair!" So I turned to him and said "You say that so often.... I wonder what your basis for comparison is?"
And whenever I see a barn owl I freak out and shout "LOOK! IT'S JARETH!!!" xD

The other day, I changed the name of the Recycling Bin on my computer to The Oubliette. Every time I read "do you want to send this file to The Oubliette" I feel more like a Goblin Queen than ever. MLIL

I was leaving my apartment this morning and saw a barn owl across the street. I smiled and waved like the dork I am. I even said, "Morning Jareth!" My next door neighbor came walking out at that moment and gave me this odd look. My face went red but hey, I couldn't help it!

My light-weight purse is a handmade black and white patches J/S from the ballroom that I bought on eBay and it totally makes my day when people make nice comments on it (especially when my mom is there because this whole thing drives her up a tree XD). I eat peach everything and had a love affair with these amazing peach truffles until Gordmans stopped carrying them (happily snarfing in the dead of night while writing my big fic). Peach lip balm, too, sometimes. Kiss My Face organic is best for a believable scent/taste. Got one of these and I wear it sometimes to remind me not to spend too much - I'm saving for my third LOJ! And to be labyish because my tee is getting worn out. cgi.ebay.com/Labyrinth-Jareth-and-Sarah-Necklace-David-Bowie-/160587790792?pt=Handcrafted_Artisan_Jewelry&hash=item2563c739c8 (There a cool color one now, too) Purple is now Listian Purple (those of you who have seen a bunch of the old sites know what I'm talking about. Or maybe I'm just being silly on this one but it's something that's come to mind). I got the Songbook of the movie from a college library in Chicago and proceeded to transcribe the entire thing mouse-click-style into Finale software (no midi keyboard, *sigh*) after realizing that physically learning to play it and then making a decent recording would be nearly impossible. It took weeks and just about drove me insane but I got it finished! *shudder* never again. To say nothing of spending gobs of time on the internet for stuff like this! Although technically not as much as I used to, I'm trying half-assedly not to get sick of this. Does anybody know where the old "Labyrinth Overdose" page went to?

So I was in church today and about a quarter of the way through the service this couple we've never seen before, probably in their sixties, sits down in front of us and this woman has maroony purpley hair about two to three inches long that sticks out straight in all directions and I thought, '...nah, not quite.'
