Are there any songs that you hear that remind you of certain Labyrinth character? Why? Share here!
Jareth
Goodbye My Lover_James Blunt This song reminds me of what Jareth could be singing to Sarah; shes gone from his life and all that he dreamed of will never be.
See Who I Am_Within Temptation Reminds me of how Jareth would like Sarah to see past his kingly exterior and attitude to see the man inside.
Sarah
Uninvited_Alanis Morissette Sarah doesnt think Jareth is invited to be in her life, even though she was a little excited that he was paying attention to her...but she was too young to understand what that was.

All of mine make me think of Jareth pining for Sarah and longing for her to come back to the Underground and be his queen. He loves her, and he's dying to be able to make her fall for him. He deeply regrets all the pain he put her through and wants to set things right, but can't because he has no power over her. Since all my reasonings are so similar, I'm just going to list the songs: Far Away-- Nickelback It's Gonna Be Me-- David Bowie Survive-- David Bowie Slipped Away-- Avril Lavigne (so not the point of this song, but it makes me think of it anyway) If I Can't Love Her-- Beauty and the Beast OBC Heal Me I'm Heartsick-- School of Rock OST Here Without You-- 3 Doors Down If I Never Knew You-- Pocahontas OBC The Loneliest Guy-- David Bowie (Luckiest guy? Hey, he's king, he's hot, he's magic. Loneliest? No Sarah ) I Would Be Your Slave-- David Bowie (okay, okay, it's not just the J/S thing. The title is Labyrinth-y too XD) Cat People Putting Out Fires-- David Bowie (this one sounds weird because it's so hard rock, but if you actually listen to the words, it fits really well-- "See these tears so blue?/An ageless heart that can never mend/These tears can never dry...") Someone Like You-- Jekyll and Hyde OBC Win-- David Bowie (this one's more while she's running the Labyrinth and he's falling for her than after she beats him, but you get the picture) And let's just stop there before this post gets any more ridiculously long XD

One that I thought of for Jareth and Sarah is In Her Eyes by Josh Groban. How it talks about how Jareth wouldnt see himself as a hero, or an angel; hes just a man (Fae) whos loving her unlike anyone else before Sarah. I just think its romantic <3
